This role will be hybrid, based from either their Manchester or Glasgow office. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the DEIB strategy, designing and delivering training programs, promoting employee resource groups, and overseeing data analysis to track progress and identify areas for improvement. You will also be a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders, providing guidance and support on DEIB related matters. This role requires a strong understanding of DEIB best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive positive change within a complex organisation.
