This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in reinforcing a proactive SHE culture while developing policies and procedures to support the company s continued success.As the Health and Safety Advisor, you will: Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures to ensure best practice and compliance. Carry out regular site inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement. Provide expert advice and training to site teams, managers, and subcontractors. Monitor high-risk activities, risk assessments, and method statements. Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, recommending preventative measures. Liaise with the HSE, local authorities, and regulatory bodies. Support with ISO audits to maintain business accreditations. Lead initiatives that promote a positive safety culture across the business. What They re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in a similar SHE role, ideally within construction. NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites. What s in It for You?
