Door Engineer Midlands 15 - 18 per hourA well-established door systems specialist is on the lookout for an experienced Door Engineer to join their midlands based team, reporting into their small but growing Birmingham office. The company operates within a larger group and is a world-leading manufacturer of entrance systems. Despite being part of a larger entity, it maintains a small close-knit team of seven Engineers. This setup provides stability while fostering a familial atmosphere among Engineers.The package on offer includes a starting hourly rate of up to 18 per hour, overtime paid at 1.5 outside of the hours of 8am-4pm, 33 days holiday, fully stocked company van with personal use permitted, frequent pay reviews, commission scheme, and more.The role is local, covering Birmingham, Worcester, Coventry, and occasionally extending as far as Northampton. Engineers will be kept within a one-hour radius of their home address.The position promotes a healthy work-life balance and is not suited for individuals seeking excessive overtime.
