Job Title: Hygiene Operative
Location: Kettering
Hours: 42.5 per week – paid breaks
Shifts: Monday to Friday 13.45 PM-22.15PM

• Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of production areas, equipment, and utensils to meet health and safety regulations
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.

• Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene role, preferably in a food production environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Willingness to work in a cold environment, typical of ice cream production areas.
