The Opportunity The successful Senior Building Surveyors key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with a Project Director to execute building surveying commissions and supervise team members Assisting the broader team in delivering building surveying commissions Enhancing technical knowledge to provide guidance across various sectors Regularly engaging with clients on a project-specific level spanning multiple sectors Initiating client meetings at project inception to formulate a project brief. Preparing feasibility studies and project proposals. Developing designs or overseeing a design team. Generating specifications and tender packs. Analysing and preparing project programs.
