Your new role

As an Associate Director of Fixed Income Derivative, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and growing your portfolio through business development, relationship management forming a strong network and cross selling
• Building market share and achieving revenue targets whilst keeping your clients updated on market and hedging activities
• Effectively work with the debt syndicate and trading/sales team to create synergy and a cohesive process

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive experience and deep knowledge across fixed income derivative sales
• Demonstrated sales and client service skills in an institutional setting
• Experience in credit sales on the sell-side and managing deals from end to end within the sales cycle
• A strong network across the fixed income derivative community and an in-depth knowledge of Debt Capital Markets related hedging
• Worked in a similar role in a Banking or Investment company
• Fluent in English and mandarin
