Job Description:
The Support Staff role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at assisting both students and teachers. You will play an active role in the learning process by collaborating with teaching staff to help plan and deliver lessons across various subjects, including phonics intervention. Your duties will include providing personalised support to students, such as one-on-one assistance for children with additional needs, ensuring they receive the guidance needed for their academic progress.

Requirements:
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; A passion for education and dedication to supporting students'' academic and personal growth.
