With offices across the country, our client offers a range of highly specialist legal services to businesses and individuals.Responsibilities:Take responsibility for all aspects of Commercial Property related transactions, ensuring the smooth running of work files.Work closely with the Head of Department, Director, and a support team to handle sale and purchase transactions, commercial leases, and other related documents.Draught and negotiate contracts, transfers, and commercial business leases.Respond to property title enquiries and enquiries from other legal representatives.Oversee completion and submission of SDLT returns and registrations at Land Registry.Actively promote and develop the services of the Commercial Property department and the wider firm.Provide day-to-day supervision of junior colleagues and support staff.Achieve billing targets in line with departmental goals.Essential Requirements:Qualified solicitor with experience in Commercial Property transactions.Strong knowledge and experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and leases.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to develop and build client relationships.Ability to work effectively in a ..... full job details .....
