You''ll play a key role in supporting payroll operations for Germany, Belgium, and Eastern Europe, ensuring our team members get paid accurately and on time.What You''ll Be Doing:As a Payroll Administrator for Europe, you''ll be at the heart of our payroll process! Your main focus will be collecting payroll data, ensuring accuracy, and preparing it for our trusted outsourced payroll providers. From there, you''ll help produce validation reports and tackle any anomalies before submission.This hybrid role offers a great work-life balance, with 3 days a week at our vibrant European HQ in Edington and the rest remote.Your Key Responsibilities:Gather and transcribe payroll data from Workday into provider templates.Produce validation and exception reports to ensure data accuracy.Provide top-notch support and guidance to managers and employees on payroll-related queries, in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).Build relationships with management teams, offering training and support to ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions.Work closely with payroll providers to resolve any issues efficiently.Review payment files from payroll providers, raising and resolving issues swiftly.Handle bonus payments, salary reviews, and any ad-hoc requests from external bodies.Maintain and update our payroll Knowledge Base, ensuring country-specific ..... full job details .....
