About the role:

As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and enhancing the learning experience of pupils. The Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable but not essential)
• Assist the classroom teacher with day-to-day activities and lesson preparation
• Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt learning activities as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings
