Our client, an established insurance FinTech with offices in the City of London and the United States are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Software Developer. They are embarking on an exciting initiative to re-develop their existing product suite from the ground up, modernising their technology stack and their engineering processes. The successful candidate will lead the existing small-but-experienced engineering team and be a significant contributor to the design and development of the new product and to the various DevOps processes that are required to enable this. As the Lead Software Developer, you won t just be a member of the team; you ll be at the heart of their transformative journey.
