Our client based near St. Ives is seeking a Health and Safety Officer to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm. Responsibilities In this role as a Health and Safety Officer you will be responsible day to day for a varied workload including:- You will be responsible to undertake inspections on site You will conduct performance monitoring and compliance Responsible to promote staff/team to adhere to H and S practices Produce reports and reporting for H and S Assisting with Health and Safety strategy Skills required To be considered for the role of Health and Safety Officer, you will have:- Nebosh Level 3 or equivalent Experience of creating and maintaining H and S policies, processes and risk assessments Background within Warehousing, logistics / manufacturing Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse at all levels.
