We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, embraces change, and is adaptable to growth.Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Actively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals.Screening Applications: Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates for the positions.Conducting Interviews: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates'' qualifications, experience, and fit for the company.Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and informed about company policies, procedures, and expectations.Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.Be on call to support client needs when required, given our clients operate 24/7.
