They have been an outstanding school for the last decade and have consistently achieved excellent exam results putting them in the top 5% for student progress. Many of the children who attend the school go to study at Russell brick universities. They have fantastic modern facilities in a university campus layout, extensive IT facilities, large outdoor playing fields and one of the largest post 16 centres in London.School ReceptionistThe school are looking to secure a School Receptionist to start immediately on a contract basis .The role will be working 08:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. The main duties will include:Being the first point of contact for all school visitors including parents and children.Responding to phone and email enquiries as and when neededUsing SIMS to locate pupilsSupporting office staff with general administrative dutiesManaging inbound and outbound postTyping letters as and when requiredLiaising with parents and external agenciesExperience needsPrevious school-based receptionist experience would be desirable but is not essential.Switched on and able to use their own initiative.Great organisations skills and ability to use the Microsoft packages.Please apply with an updated CV to be considered. ..... full job details .....
