Warehouse Operative - Permanent Role

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Salary: £26,220 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling incoming and outgoing goods efficiently and accurately
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Assisting with stock management and inventory control

Requirements:

- Valid counterbalance licence
- Previous experience in a goods in/goods out role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
