ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR As the LV/HV Connections Manager, you will oversee electrical works on Distribution Network Operators (DNO) networks. As a selected contractor, you will have direct responsibility for ensuring the safety, quality, and technical standards of all work performed by your team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure projects are completed to the correct standards and delivered on time. Conduct risk assessments and maintain safe working practices. Demonstrate knowledge of inspection, testing, certification, and reporting procedures. Train and support your team, equipping them to perform their roles effectively. Provide coaching and identify training needs to ensure team compliance and skill development. Report all incidents, accidents, and near misses in line with Health and Safety protocols. Complete weekly timesheets accurately. Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency. Record details of work undertaken accurately.
