Class 1 HGV Driver
 
We are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work for our client based in Derby. Our client offers Class 1 HGV Drivers the opportunity to undertake clean trunking work on either a box trailers or curtain sider. You will be responsible for up to two drops and a back load during your working day.
 
Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (Days) - Start times between 0500 and 0700
Monday to Friday (Nights) - Start times between 1600 and 1900
 
The successful Class 1 HGV Drivers will:
Have held their class 1 license for a minimum of 2 years
Have driven a class 1 vehicle for  minimum of 180 days in the last 2 years due to insurance purposes
Valid DQC and Tacho card. 
 
Your duties will involve:
Operating a Class 1 HGV vehicle
Delivering to RDC's and other company sites
No handball
 
You will receive:
Weekdays - £15 per hour
Weeknights - £16 per hour
Saturday - £18 per hour
Sunday - £20 per hour
