They are currently looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee Field Sales Executives in the Southeast of the country.The ROLE The successful Field Sales Manager will be required to do the following: People management of a Field Sales team across a defined geographical area. To be responsible for all recruitment, inductions, and sales training for all members of the team. Total responsibility for a team of Field Sales Consultants and their on-going development and performance management. Ensure team members are skilful in the application of self-generated new business and closing appointments to increase sales.
