Working in the Recruitment Team you will be the Lead Adviser for all recruitment activity in your priority area and other wider campaigns taking place. Using data and compiling monthly reports to identify priority areas to target and reaching your goals through proactive permanent recruitment initiatives. Advising senior managers and working closely with the HR Business Partner for the priority area, you will be responsible for writing attractive adverts, proactively approaching senior and hiring managers about their recruitment needs, reporting on activity and targets and ensuring compliance with policy and legislation. You will be the driving force behind filling vacancies and supporting services to deliver on their resourcing goals, making sure candidate and hiring managers experience is at the centre of your activities and having a positive impact on vacancy rates as well as reducing reliance on agency and locum staff.
