The Role As Commercial Counsel, you will provide high-quality legal services with a particular focus on client and supplier contracts, bids and procurement, and commercial risk management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Provide professional commercial legal advice across NDAs, service agreements, framework agreements, IT/IP contracts, and procurement processes. Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and review to ensure alignment with business objectives and risk management. Support the bids and tenders process, ensuring legal compliance and strategic alignment. Work closely with the Group Head of Legal to support the development of a strong legal function. Oversee contract risk assessments and provide strategic legal guidance to key stakeholders. Manage and develop members of the Legal Team, including Paralegals.
