As a multi trader you would need core experience in Plumbing or Carpentry and skills in other trades. The primary focus of these roles will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repair in resident''s properties, achieve first time fix and deliver high standard workmanship. Responsibilities:The primary focus of this role will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repair in resident''s propertiesAchieve first time fix and deliver high standard workmanshipManage the resident''s expectation and ensure to provide a follow-on serviceMaintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism. Requirements:Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector.Core strength trade background in Plumbing or Carpentry, with skills in other trades.A full UK driving licence as travel between properties is requiredCity and Guilds or NVQ in either Plumbing or Carpentry is essential as without this you are unable to be considered.
