Are you passionate about shaping young minds and providing a strong foundation for a child''s educational journey£ We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our welcoming and vibrant school in Aylesbury.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, encouraging exploration, play, and hands-on learning.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, ensuring individual learning needs are met through differentiated instruction.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing environment that supports children''s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support children''s learning and well-being.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff members to deliver high-quality provision for all learners.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specific EYFS teaching experience.
  • Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach, able to engage children with diverse needs and backgrounds.
  • A deep understanding of child development and the ability to use a range of assessment strategies to support progress.
  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, ensuring lessons are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to individual pupils.
