We are currently seeking a first-class Production Operator for the following shift: HOURS: 6AM to 2PM OR 2PM to 10PM, Monday to Friday Location: Tonbridge, Kent JOB SUMMARY: The role involves operating various teabag-making machines, blending and flavouring teas, and packing loose-leaf teas. All teas are packed in both retail formats (for online and shop sales) and food service formats (for hotels, restaurants, and cafes). You will be responsible for your production area during the shift, ensuring goods are produced to the highest quality standards in a timely and cost-efficient manner. You ll be expected to uphold the highest standards in Health and Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Cost-efficiency at all times. MAIN TASKS: Packing loose-leaf tea. Operating teabag-making machinery. Maintaining and upkeeping machinery. Blending and flavouring tea. Following relevant instructions. Accurately labeling products. Completing accurate production documentation.
