If "YES" we want to hear from you The position of Class 2 Day Driver involves:Making multi drop palletised deliveries and collections to and from businesses and private addresses around the South West.Loading/unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security.Planning route on a day to day basis.Complete daily vehicle checks on your company phone.Working closely with the network hubs.Keeping in regular contact with the transport team for updates on progress and managing our customers'' expectations.Attending regular training sessions. Essential skills for Class 2 Day Driver:Must have a UK Class 2 (C) Driving Licence.Hold a current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.Experience of delivering loads directly to client sites is advantageous.Be passionate about providing excellent customer service.Working to deadlines.Confident, polite and a team player.Good geographical knowledge.Due to the nature of the role applicants must be fit, flexible, hardworking and self-motivated.
