We have long term positions for experienced Support Workers who have a special interest in working with Challenging behaviour and Complex needs and are committed to developing their career as Support Worker within Adult Learning Disabilities.With a clear understanding of managing challenging behaviour effectively, being able to demonstrate that you provide a person centered approach to your care delivery, and being an individual with a calm attitude and an encouraging approach to the individuals you support, we can offer you long term Support Worker assignments You must: Hold a valid DBS (Preferably registered with the online service checker) Have a Care qualification or Care Certificate and a minimum of 1 year UK based care experience. Be able to work full time hours across a mix of shift patterns such as mornings / afternoons / evening / nights / weekends. Be able to provide references covering the last 5 years. Have all Mandatory Care Training up to date or be prepared to complete this prior to being placed into any shifts - we can assist with your training needs if required.
