Found Industrial are looking for Assembly Operatives to work alongside our client near Pulborough, West Sussex. The role will include working as part of a team, following supervisor instructions and adhering to health and safety at all times. Due to the location, candidates must drive to get here. The Role of Assembly Operative:Day ShiftFull Time, Monday to FridayStarting rate £11.50 - £12 per hour, depending on experience Duties of Assembly Operative:Using hand tools and power tools to assemble productsUse of soldering ironApplication of silicone sealant to connectorsQuality control and checking assembled components meet standardsMaintain a clean and organised work environment Requirements for Assembly Operative:Good level of written and verbal English required.Experience within electrical or mechanical assembly or manufacturingQualification within electrical or mechanical engineering preferredStrong attention to detail Steady hands as items can be very small Benefits for Assembly Operative:Weekly pay on a FridayPotential for permanent positionEmployer pension contribution schemeHoliday pay on an accrual basis We are happy to accept individuals with factory, production and manufacturing experience.
