The Trust is seeking to appoint a driven and proactive Finance Business Partner who will support and enhance the Trust finance function and supporting trust schools to deliver a first-class financial service to enable pupils and staff to reach their full potential. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role involves: Provide efficient and stringent financial assistance to support Headteachers on all aspects of financial management. Preparation of monthly management accounts Preparation of school budgets and forecasts including the five-year strategic plan Accruals and prepayments Conduct regular audits of school financial processes in line with Trust policies and compliance. Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with senior leaders and Trust stakeholders Providing financial ''coaching'' Knowledge of PS Financials and IMP Budgeting desirable The successful Finance Business Partner will be educated to A Level or equivalent with a finance related qualification to NVQ Level 3 or AAT. You will have a good knowledge of management accounting, budgeting reporting and can explain complex financial information in simple terms.
