We are seeking a highly motivated and career driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy Property team. You will have the opportunity to work with a highly reputable team while being given the framework to develop your own career. Duties include: Running your own transactions day to day, whilst also assisting with the team s property development caseload Acting for developers, occupiers, high net-worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers Developing and growing our commercial client offering Contracts subject to planning Sales and Purchases Asset Sales and Purchases Overages and Options Commercial Lending Leases Granting and Assignment The successful candidate will have: At least 2 years experience as Commercial Property Solicitor Previous experience with Legal software packages and/or case management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Package: £50,000+ Discretionary bonus scheme 25 days annual leave Excellent pension scheme Legal Services benefits If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration.
