An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Management Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding SME consultancy based in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to work with large institutional clients in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of properties for high-profile institutional clients. Provide expert property management advice and strategy to ensure optimal performance and returns. Oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant management, lease renewals, rent reviews, and service charge management. Coordinate property inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage maintenance schedules. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Contribute to the growth and development of the property management division, identifying opportunities to add value for clients. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high standards of service and performance. What We re Looking For: Strong experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing large portfolios for institutional clients. In-depth knowledge of the commercial property market and relevant legislation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
