Company - FM division ( 6m T/O) of a Leeds based group of MandE companies who have a total turnover of c 100m. FM client base includes managing agents, gyms, commercial office units and FM providers. The Role - As a contact manager, you will manage a team of mobile heating, air-conditioning and electrical maintenance engineers who carry out planned and reactive maintenance for gyms, offices and high end residential (common areas only) clients - portfolio value is c 700k. You will price extra works, manage the engineers / clients on a daily basis and ensure service delivery standards are met. The Person - You will ideally have a mechanical or electrical background and have experience of managing a team of maintenance engineers in a commercial FM environment.
