An opportunity has arisen to join Central Hall Westminster as the Senior Facilities Manager.Location: Central Hall Westminster, Storey s Gate, SW1H 9NHThis is an office-based role however, we will consider hybrid or flexible working arrangements.Job type: Full-time, permanentSalary: £50,000 - £55,000, dependent upon experienceReports to: Environmental, Social and Governance OfficerDepartment: FacilitiesNumber of reports: 3 direct plus 4 indirectAbout us: Central Hall Westminster (CHW) Ltd is owned by Trustees appointed by the Methodist Church; as such we aim to conduct business in line with the ethics of the Methodist Church and our Central Hall Venues (CHV) values. CHV is the brand name for the portfolio of venues run by CHW Ltd.We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager who will oversee the efficient operation, maintenance and improvement of our grade 2 listed building in the heart of Westminster, whilst managing a dedicated team to ensure safety, comfort, and functionality.About you: This role demands technical expertise, project management, vendor management, and a customer service approach, liaising with Trustees and tenants/Church and stakeholders on building matters.You will handle day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
