Quality Manager required to join a well-established Engineering company that is based in the St Neots area. This role would suit an experienced Quality Manager that has a strong background and experience in Manufacturing quality and/or a process engineering role.Quality Manager Job OverviewMaintain accreditation to ISO9001, 14001 and OHSAS18001 (AS9100 requirement in future)Continually develop Integrated Management System implementing above standards.Monitor, analyse and review Quality and Process performance data.Propose and carry through projects to deliver Process and Quality performance improvements.Prepare and distribute monthly report detailing Quality and Process performance to Management and wider company.Host external audits and plan and lead internal audit programme.Manage customer complaints through initial response to closure.Investigate non-conformance and drive internal teams to deliver sustainable preventative solutions.Provide daily updates to the Operations team meeting regarding KPI''s and status of live quality issues.Develop formal process training material to better standardise and document training standards.Quality Manager Job RequirementsStrong background in manufacturing quality and/or process engineering role.
