Building SurveyorKentOur client is currently looking for an ambitious experienced Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This position is open to suitably qualified individuals, who have a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying and are working towards MRICS or equivalent. Ideally, you will have 5 years + experience working in a commercial Surveying environment.Our client work in the private and public sectors, and projects include refurbishments, new builds, and extension projects. You will work on a range of varied and interesting projects, including undertaking Surveys, preparing Specifications, Project Management and Contract Administration. Our clients'' portfolios include a range of Local Authority properties across Kent, Care Homes, Residential Blocks, Offices, other commercial premises, and Listed period properties mostly across London and the Home Counties.This role is head office based in Kent, set in a beautiful country park with free parking.
