We are currently recruiting Production Operative to join a growing team in Dudley. This is a crucial role within the business, responsible for manufacturing formulations to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
 
What You''ll Do:

- Weigh materials following specific requirements.
- Operate and maintain mixing and blending equipment.
- Work to a structured daily production plan.
- Accurately record data and manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to all quality and safety regulations.
- Participate in Health and Safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Manual handling. 

 
What We''re Looking For:

- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Organised with a proactive approach.
- Forklift truck (Counterbalance) license is desirable – training can be provided!
- Experience in a manufacturing or process industry is a plus.
