Technical Supervisor - South LondonWe are seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and maintenance services across a key site in South London. In this role, you will manage a team of engineers and sub-contractors, ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs, while also overseeing costs to achieve financial targets. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers and ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Manage the delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and associated maintenance services.Lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and sub-contractors, handling recruitment, appraisals, and performance management.Ensure services are delivered in line with contractual KPIs and financial targets are met.Oversee and compile accurate management information/reports for stakeholders.Support and participate in site audits, including quality, health and safety, environmental, and financial audits.Promote QHSE best practices and ensure consistent standards within the team.Provide support, advice, and guidance to engineers and the planning team to optimize resource use.Identify and resolve issues that impact first-time fix rates and reduce unnecessary sub-contracting.Skills and Behaviours:Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including ..... full job details .....
