The company is currently working on a variety of projects that require the design of skids for the Oil and Gas sector which include a wide range of pipework and vessels. Working with the CAD / Process and Manufacturing teams. Design of Mechanical skids which include structural steel, pipework, vessels and other mechanical equipment. Produce a wide range of calculations including Stress / Seismic and Fatigue Calculations Working to ASME VIII and PD5500 depending on the end client s location Carry out the Hazard Analysis, Essential Safety Requirements and Particular Material Appraisal Will also complete structural design of skids including skid frameworks, walkways and gantries Using StaadPro, PV Elite and Caesar II to complete the calculations required.
