Finance Assistant - Purchase Ledger - Northampton

Pertemps is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our client based in Northampton.

Salary: £23,031.00 - £24,123.00

Hours: 8:30-5:30pm

• To ensure that all supplier invoices, credit notes, journals and other relevant documentation is entered on to the finance system accurately, efficiently and in accordance with finance system accurately.
• Provide monthly KPI reports.
• Liaise with Budget Holders ensuring their invoices are coded accurately so to maintain workflow efficiencies.
• Liaise with staff and debtors on financial queries and enquiries.
• To produce payment schedules
• To complete and maintain supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis

Requirements:

- AAT qualified or the equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting procedures
- Strong attention to detail
