As a SEN Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering tailored lessons and interventions to meet the unique needs of each student.Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters progress and well-being.Assessing and monitoring students'' progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.Collaborating with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Providing emotional and behavioral support to students, promoting their social and emotional development.Building positive relationships with students and their families, ensuring effective communication and support.
