MSV Housing has two Young Person s Schemes based in Hulme, Manchester providing support and accommodation for young people aged 16 - 25. We re looking for a Young Person Independent Living Officer to join our team, ensuring our Young People have the support they need to thrive throughout their independent living journey. You ll carry a caseload of young people and work to engage them, tailoring support plans and goals to enable them to achieve positive outcomes during their stay with us. You ll have a proven track record in this highly rewarding field with the skills and experience to deal with multiple and complex needs of our young people.
