The plan is for you to work with a Project Director for a few months, on this project, essentially to get used to their systems and methods, then take it on as the No 1 Project Manager on site. The Project Director will then move onto another new scheme at some point early next year, leaving you to run and deliver it. It''s £50m in value, made up of 40 houses and 80 luxury apartments. Low level RC Frame construction for the apartments, traditional build for the houses and plenty of outside landscaping. The fit and finish is high end luxury.
