Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Support: Conduct needs assessments, develop individualized support plans, and monitor progress for families impacted by domestic abuse. Direct Family Engagement: Build strong, empowering relationships with service users, supporting them through a combination of one-on-one and group work. Multi-Agency Collaboration: Engage with external agencies and attend multidisciplinary meetings, serving as an advocate and support for clients.
