Position: Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner Location: Brighton (With Hybrid Working) Salary Guide: Negotiable Plus Car/Allowance and Excellent Package Our client is a leading Engineering Contractor which operates throughout the UK delivering projects within the water sector and they have a new opportunity for an Senior HR Advisor for their offices/projects in the South/South East. You will partner and offer extensive support to the business in all aspects of HR, focussing specifically on learning and development, coaching and talent management. You will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of the People Plan and offer extensive support to the business in all aspects of HR focussing on succession and talent, learning and development and coaching.
