The Operations Director will be Reporting to the Managing Director/Executive. The Operations Director will be responsible for the Engineering Operations of a small but growing company, manufacturing platforms for Industrial Systems and related off-road products for the rail and mining sector. The products and size of platforms range dependent on project and end client and are powered by Diesel, electric, battery or hybrid technologies. The Operations Director will work with the Managing Director/Executive to facilitate a growth plan that delivers a greater customer reach to meet increased turnover/profitability demands and expectations whilst nurturing a culture of continuous improvement across specific areas of the business.
