DescriptionReporting directly to the CFO and Founding Partner, this sole charge position is ideal for a proactive and experienced professional looking for an in depth and broad all round full accounting role. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Group Accounting and Monthly Reporting for 6-7 core entities in the UK and Overseas territoriesMonthly reconciliations and production of financial reports for each entity in the groupLiaising with UK VAT and Corp Tax advisors to submit VAT returns quarterly for UK entities and annual Corp tax submissionsPreparation of annual financial statements for each entity in the group and liaison with auditorsSupporting UK business with reconciliations on marketing budgets / variancesFull Oversight of Ledgers and ReconciliationsAuthorisation of PaymentsProfileA successful candidate should have:Fully Qualified in ACA, CIMA or ACCAExperience in financial reporting, various accounting treatments and year end auditExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.An in-depth understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.High attention to detail and accuracy.Job ..... full job details .....
