Responsibilities: Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates. Gaining client and candidate attraction Business development meetings Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business. Communicate with candidates regularly face to face, via phone or email.
