The Software Team Leader Embedded, will have a strong background in embedded software development with experience in embedded C. In this role of Software Team Leader Embedded you will be predominantly hands-on in terms of writing code, reviewing code, white board problem solving etc. You will spend 20% of your time will be spent supporting/upskilling and providing technical leadership to the software team. Responsibilities and Technical Skills required for the Software Team Leader Embedded position: - Hands on programming in embedded C - Experience working on low level embedded software on an operating system - Make high level design decisions. Coordinate the software team to define and advise on suitable software life cycles and processes comprising of software architectural design, software detail design, software implementation guidelines, configuration management and validation and verification of software. - Conduct detailed reviews and reports on all aspects of the software lifecycle.
