Job Title: Sales and Assignment OfficerLocation: Camden / Hybrid (1-2 days in the office) Hours Per Week: 36 HoursRate of Pay: 21.50 P/H (Umbrella)Camden Council are currently looking for an experienced Leasehold Services Officer / Sales and Assignment Officer to join their team on a contracted basis.Main Duties:Assist in the development, implementation, and review of Home Ownership policies, procedures, and service improvement plans, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices.Coordinate and monitor the performance of the Home Ownership Team, lead inter-departmental working groups, and manage RTB application processes and service charge calculations.Provide policy advice on leasehold and RTB matters, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared with internal and external stakeholders, and support customer involvement opportunities.Address customer feedback, complaints, and service delivery improvements, while promoting customer-focused services and attending meetings with residents.The Candidate Will Have: Experience in policy development and leasehold management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and best practices related to Home Ownership and Right to Buy services.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, monitor performance, and effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. ..... full job details .....
