Evaluating risk levels, significance, and scope within the businesses compliance procedures, communicating findings to the Board. Overseeing and managing the policies, systems, and controls related to compliance Ensuring any breaches have been reported to the necessary regulatory bodies Ensuring best in class compliance function. Reducing or alleviating the compliance issues across the business Advise the Compliance Board on implementing compliance measures.
