- Provide daily support to the events team
- Booking hotels
- Compiling itineraries
- Managing outlook emails
- Managing payments and invoicing for third party supplier
- Taking ownership of inputting data on a customer tracker
- Ad-hock administration duties and support
- Effective communication
- High proficiency in excel
