Event Travel Co-ordinator Event Travel Co-ordinator required to work USA hours Mon - Friday only, based from Home. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Groups and events experience, Business Travel or a superuser on a GDS with extensive airfares understanding looking to move their career within Events. Working for a newly established team servicing US Clients for a Growing well respected corporate travel company. Paying up to 40,000 depending on experience, full Homeworking, working USA hours of 4pm - Midnight.Events Travel Co-ordinator, Responsibilities: Managing own small meetings and event projects independently arranging all Event travelProvide support to the Event Manager on larger worldwide projects for event travelMaintain and develop relationships with clientsTrouble shoot enquiries and issues from clients surrounding the Event travel self booking tool.Manage email enquiries, prioritising and working within SLA''s Events Travel Co-ordinator, Skills Required:Experience within Corporate Events, Business Travel, Corporate travel, Group travel or as an Airfares specialistGDS skills (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus) with experience from quote through to reissues and refundsA good problem solver, organised, articulate and self-motivatedIT Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint GDSAdditional Information:Paying up to 40Kfully homeworking Working Mon - Fri only between 4pm - midnightBased on a USA team hence the hours and reporting into the USA ManagerPrivate health and Bonus ..... full job details .....
